You Can’t Take It With You
For we brought nothing into the world and we can take nothing out of it. But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that. People who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge men into ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs. But you, man of God, flee from all this... -1 Timothy 6:7 NIVStatute of Limitations? You know what that is. Well, it is not quite like when you were a kid and your Mom said, "I’ll give you two days to get your room cleaned up !"Today, in the legal world there is such a thing as a 7 year statute of limitations, or 5 year or whatever. That is, you have so many years to prove or disprove some-thing. After that, its too late. So, in the 2nd Coming of Christ there is going to be something to prove or disprove. In the case of death, the statute is 7 years to prove that a person has died.. But, can it be done in 7 years?
A change in Currency? Here is a quintuple whammy! [i] IF a believer is caught up with Christ at His 2nd Coming and his whereabouts cannot be determined with certainty, there being no body to prove death; and, [ii] IF there is a change in legal tender, there being no satisfactory equivalency; and, [iii] IF at the end of the 7 year statute of limitations recovery of some sort is made; and, [iv] IF the millennium immediately follows the 7 year Tribulation period [the exact length of the statute of limitations], what good is recovery [v] IF in the millennium there is another change in legal tender? |
Then Whose Shall Those Things Be?
The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully; And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to store my fruits? And he said, This will I do, I will pull down my barns, and build greater...I will say to my soul, Soul, you have much goods laid up for many years; take your ease, eat, drink, and be merry. But God said unto him, You fool, this night your soul shall be required of you: then whose shall those things be...? -Luke 12:16-20 KJV
Unclaimed Funds Any money or right to money you have in an account will become unclaimed funds under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 169 if, according to the institution’s records, for 5 years you do not make a deposit or with-drawal, correspond with the institution re-guarding the account, transact business with the institution or otherwise indicate an in-terest in or knowledge of the funds. This law includes CD’s after the initial renewal. A savings account becomes dormant after a period of 2 years and a checking account in 1 year, and will be subject to a periodic dormant fee after that time.
The Profession to be in The 2nd Coming of Christ, when millions up-on millions of believers will be raptured from this earth to Heaven, will provide an unheard of opportunity for sectors of the job market aimed at missing persons. · Law enforcement personnel · Private investigators · Accountants/Bookkeepers · Lawyers/CIA/FBI/KBG/ETC · Psychologists/Psychiatrists · Astrologers/Fortune Tellers · Bloodhound handlers · Printers -

Rapture-proofing Your Estate Plan
Are there ways to arrange your financial affairs to take into account the things that might or might not come to pass when the Rapture occurs? Could this be an area of law that you may some day hear on a TV commercial? "This is the law firm of Cobbs, Fritz & Santee. Have you rapture-proofed your estate plan?" [Then, a big speel about the Lord coming back, which amounts to a commercializing of Christ’s second coming, just like His first coming [His birthday] is commercialized.
An Act of God Read the fine print in your automobile, homeowners and life insurance policies. Is there not already a back door provision to let the insurance company off the hook? It is called, An Act of God clause. Who will declare this an act of God? This sudden removal of so many persons from earth, An Act of God? Remember, those left behind are left behind because they did not get their act together, simply because they did not believe in God. Now, they suddenly believe in God and declare it His act and blame it on Him? How are they going to prove it? We Christians believe in God as an act of faith. We need no proof other than a chan-ged, forgiven and transformed life. But how will those left behind offer proof? And, is the proof of "faith" admissible at law? Is this a possible answer? The Anti-christ will concoct some sort of a strong deception, to sooth people, or enact wartime-like emergency measures. Will God get off the hook? Seeing how the legal profession can drag out cases, chances are the act of God litigation may take longer than 7 years [the length of the Tribulation period], and by that time Christ comes to establish His 1000 year reign on earth with His own agenda. |
