ROOM/CLASS CHANGES
Our
Children's Department has moved upstairs to the rooms where the offices
were. Signs will be in the hallway to locate classrooms. Our teachers
have been working very hard to transform these rooms into classrooms.
We are can't wait for you to see them!

For Parents
 Beginning
March 7th parents must use our new security check-in system
located in the main lobby!
When you check your child in each week, you
will do so in 1 of 3 ways:

Last name
-
last 4 digits of your phone number
-
scan any form personal ID or membership card
with a
barcode, ie giant eagle card
You will receive a
2-part label:
-
For you, with your child’s security number.
Part 2 —For
your child, with their name,
class
attending, special instructions (ie: allergies), etc.
You will stick the label on your child, then take
them to their classroom. During the service,
your child’s security number will appear at the bottom of the screen if
you are needed.
At the end of the service:

Return to classroom to pick up child.

Show your child’s security tag to
teacher.

Take your child home and have a great
day!!!
F A Q:

Do I have to check in my child every
week? Yes. This is for the safety of all. (It will go quicker as we get
used to it)

Can my child check him/herself in?
No. An attendant will be at the station to assure that only parents/
adults check in children.

Can my child be dismissed after
class? The 4th-5th grade class, only, will have this option. Please
inform attendant.
